My Repair Request Builder allows my real estate agent partners to quickly select which of my recommendations to include in a custom report to send to the listing agent. At Bluegrass Home Inspectors LLC, I truly value your partnership and strive to do everything I can to serve our mutual clients while making your job a little easier.
You’ll receive an HTML and PDF document that includes my language and allows you to enter a requested credit amount and custom comments. Let me know if you have any questions!
Here's How it Works
Click
From our HTML report, click on the Agent Tools button, then Repair Request Builder.
Select
Select which recommendations you want to include in the report and add either the requested credit amount or any comments.
Preview
Click preview to see what the document will look like. The running total for credits requested will appear at the top right of the Repair Request Builder.
Create
Click Create to get the link to copy/paste into your own email or send directly through the system!
